Information we collect at pickup
Buying a vehicle in Virginia requires paperwork. At pickup we collect the documents the law requires for the transaction, which can include your government-issued photo ID details, proof of ownership (title, registration, or, for qualifying older vehicles, a signed Vehicle Removal Certificate, DMV Form VSA-40), a bill of sale with your signature, and a photo of you with the vehicle for our records. We report vehicle purchases to the Virginia DMV as required by law.
